When can I expect my shipment?

We know you’re excited to get your order - we are too! We promise to ship as soon as possible, but we will always ship within 5-7 business days at the maximum. You will receive an email notification when your order is placed, and when it has shipped which will include a tracking link! 


Do you offer gift cards?

Unfortunately, we do not currently but we hope to very soon. Please check back as we know the products in our shop make great gifts!

Welcome to the Project Mother community! Project Mother is not just an online marketplace but a collaborative enterprise full of mothers striving to love and encourage one another by building rooted community and fostering ethical commerce. What does that mean? Well...it means you know when you shop from our marketplace you will receive mother-made lifestyle products from different brands that are focused on ethical and sustainable production, donate a percent of profits to charity or aim to inspire and empower women. Our goal with the shop is to curate a selection of products that are special and beautiful as well as meaningful and purposeful — which encourage you to be your best self in order to better serve our families, our children, our communities and ourselves. We also hope to introduce you to our community - our blog, Facebook support group and local groups. There is so much here at Project Mother to dig into, so stay awhile!

Do you accept returns?

Project Mother purchases are nonrefundable. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund. If you have received a damaged product in your order, please email our member support team within ten (10) days of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced. If Project Mother is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Project Mother.
